Filter sales/change out
Issue with my air filter being said was black after only a year and 20,000 miles yet my last one was not done til 35,000 miles. And they said old filter was disposed of so I could not see it. Just concerns me as why would it be so bad so early? Otherwise service was good.

Slow but okay
I was sent to the service department for an unscheduled safety recall. The waiting area is comfortable and has WiFi. Took 2 hours to comply with the recall. Was told by the sales department that it was quick. Don’t consider 2 hours quick but it was unscheduled so take it for what it is worth.

Eager to get everything you need.
These folks will literally drive hundreds of miles, in person, to get you exactly what you want to make sure that you drive off of their lot completely satisfied. When I told Chase what I was looking for, he did some digging, found what I was looking for down in Houston and sent someone all the way down there to drive it up here for me to purchase. Denise in the accessories department did as much research as she could to find the exact add-ons I was looking for too. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. Never once felt like I was just another sale.

Poor work and poor answers
The service center did sub par work. It took three tries to get warranty work done, the issue is not fixed. I will not go back.
