Quick and painless is my initial response to their service! Other than that they offer a pleasant waiting area and hospitable staff. I especially enjoyed the fact they have WiFi which allows me to work while I wait.

Excellent service department. Eddie has taken care of all my vehicles and facilitated my most recent purchase of a new F-150 and Fusion. He is why I bought from Bill Utter again.

NOT CHECKED OUT

Roof leaked Oil & filter Fuel filters air filter bed cover All should have been done before it was sold. It also should have been tuned the fuel economy sucks.

Did not fix the issue

There was a rattle in the undercarriage of my wife's car. They told us it was some clips missing and they fixed the issue. It was fine for a few hours after we received the car, but then it came back. Now we have to take our time to bring it in again, and be with out a car since you do not offer loaners Danny, is very friendly and does a great job assisting us. He provides a good experience. In all of our previous dealings with service all employees, especially the Manager of Service has been horrible. We will set up another appointment and see if your team can get it right this time.

Factory Recall

Very friendly on the phone and when I arrived. Took the vehicle immediatley and offered a ride home. Answered all question pertaining to the vehicle.

Great customer support

My truck was going to take longer than planned so it was required to stay overnight, Whereas I needed to make critical appointment that next morning, I was offered a courtesy loner for use. at no cost. Great customer service. That is why we keep coming back for service on or cars and truck..

I bought a 2019 Ecosport

I've driven a 2008 Fusion for the last decade. I sent it to the service departement for a brake issue. When they told me it would be $1100 worth of work, I new it was time for a new car. I worked with Doyle Chaffin. I had looked at used cars listed online and he gave me honest feedback on the cars I was looking at. I test drove a few cars and ended up liking a 2019 Ecosport the best. It was the only Ecosport they had on the lot and had been a demo car, so I got a very good deal on it. It had everything on my wish list and ended up coming in at the top of what I would be able to pay for a car. I was very satisfied.
