Service time was good. Brake pedal felt spongy. Parking brake needed adjustment. Parking brake is fine but brakes still not as firm as before. Not sure all air is out of abs module.

salesman was very helpful. Joseph Bonnett was knowledgeable and gave me the test drive right away. pulled keys right away, and showed me 2 trucks, which I bought that same day. thank you Joseph.

I had a nail in one tire and a large staple in another. An appointment was made for 10:30, but they didn’t get to my vehicle until noon. 30 minutes after that I was on my way. One thing that makes this a 4 (other than taking a while even with an apt) was they left globs of grease around the valve stems that I wiped most of it off, but still spread all over the wheels on the drive home. A little more cleanup and it would be better.
