Dash Replacement

I stared working with this dealership on June 24th about one issue in my 2018 F150, the warped dash. This was a TSB that many f150 owners were/are experiencing, so maybe this is more on Ford than the dealership. However, I had to work with 3 different service advisors, 3 different loaner cars, and countless phone calls over the course of 6 months to finally get my fixed truck back. It always seemed like I was having to call them for updates and rarely were they proactively calling me for updates. First, the new dash they ordered to replace mine had the same issue as my current dash. Unfortunately, they didn’t look at the new part before tearing apart my truck. The 2nd new dash was on back order and so I waited, and waited. Finally the new dash arrived but now the dealership didn’t have any available loaners for me. I find this hard to believe because the dealer can make any of their cars loaners if they really want to. Finally the loaner was available and finally I got my truck back December 3rd. Not impressed!

Awesome Experience as Always.

The Staff at Bill Utter makes you feel welcome and try to make the experience satisfying. They also made sure to have a loaner vehicle available and ready to roll, so I was able to work that day.

Above & beyond the call of duty!

My battery just died with a stack of groceries in my car. I called by trusted car service manager Greg Hall and he recommended I get the auto repair shop at Walmart to get my car started and head that way & he would replace the battery as soon as I got there. I really trust Greg to work for my best interest and he never fails me. My big thanks to Greg Hall. He has serviced all my cars for many years & I really appreciate his personal attention in taking car of all my car needs.

Willing to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Never once felt pressured into a price or a certain vehicle. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Great service

Bill Utter Ford service has always taken very good care of my truck and this time was no different. Danny Morris always goes the extra mile for me and Jeff, the diesel mechanic, takes care of my truck like it was his own. No complaints.

Expedition Max Purchase

Elante was friendly, helpful, and prompt. It was a great car buying experience. We have been driving GMC's for years, and are in love with our new Ford. A much better vehicle!

Used car purchase

I got a used car and my daughter also got a used car, within the last year from Bill Utter Ford. We both live our cars. Our sales person was Will. Will is very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very pleased will our shopping experience. We will certainly recommend anyone looking for a used car to meet with Will at Bill Utter Ford in Denton. Tx.

With many dealerships to choose from, if found bill utter to not only have a great friendly staff but also an abundance of very intelligent technican and bountiful amount of resources to correctly diagnose and resolve my vehicles problems. Top notch bill utter

Empty Promises

I scheduled my service work way in advance, drove in from out of town, and was promised the work would be completed in a specific timeframe. When I went to pick up my vehicle, half the work was not done because they “ran out of time” and they also did not complete one of the services I specifically requested. This is completely unacceptable. I have purchased 2 vehicles with Bill Utter and it is reasonable to expect better customer service. I chose to drive in from Dallas and past multiple other dealerships in order to bring my business to y’all and this is what I get. I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars getting maintenance done but apparently y’all don’t want or need the business because you treat customers like they don’t matter.
