Consistent

Each time I bring my Ford in my experience is the same, great service when I need it and good results. My service advisor let’s me know what is wrong and how they plan to fix it and when I can pick it up.

Awesome

Greg Hall is always on the ball and gets our cars/trucks usually in/out. Explains what's happening and what went wrong. I recommend Bill Utter all the time for their great service.

Bought a new Fiesta

I worked with Juan Millan to purchase a new Fiesta to replace my previous car that was totaled. He was easy to work with and promptly returned phone calls and answered all of my questions. I would recommend working with Juan again.

Quality Service

Dillon needs to empty his voice mail. Speedy service for my Front struts being replaced under warranty. I'd recommend this dealer service center again.

Great Service

My experience in helping my 16 year old son buy his first vehicle could not have gone better. Monica, Phil, & Kenneth were all super helpful. We went to a number of dealerships before coming to Bill Utter Ford and none of the others offered the professional environment we experienced.
