John is a super hero.

Dropped in to have broken sun roof repaired and John had technician close the open roof that was stuck open within minutes and set up appointment for full repair. Since this had been a problem initially during warranty period, John took the initiative to talk to Ford about the recurring issue even though the vehicle was way out of warranty. With his help, Ford agreed to assist in paying for the repair which significantly reduced a burdensome expense. Not to mention, provided a loaner for transportation. Really appreciate all of his efforts.

Oil change and tire rotation

Had tires rotation and they found a nail in my tire they were able to fix it and I appreciate the fact they told me

Greg Hall is Amazing!

I had what we thought was a very simple service appointment; install 4 new tires on my F250. Greg ordered the tires and had a tech waiting to do the work when I arrived at 7:20. By 8:30 Greg let me know there was a problem. Due to the cold morning temperature the tires would not seat properly on the rims. By 10:00 Greg and I agreed that he would have the shuttle take me home so I could get my other vehicle and go to work. I immediately asked...”will someone be able to pick me up and bring me back?” I don’t leave the office until after 5:00 and I work an hour away from home. Greg to the rescue! He told me not to stress, go on and make my afternoon meetings and he would have the truck DELIVERED!!! OMG!! That turned a crappy morning into a “manageable” day. I know I can always count on Greg for superior service and advice...but he went above and beyond this time! Much appreciated!!

Painless purchase of a new vehicle

I had reviewed prices and cars online and noticed that there were some good deals on 2019 Escapes and several used Escapes 2016 to 2018. I went to the dealership to look at the vehicles. I purchased a new 2019 Escape for a great price. I am really pleased with my vehicle and they were able to work with me on the total cost to meet my budget. Thank you !

Wonderful people.

Was in and out in under 90 minutes. Received a good trade in price and even though I was preapproved they ran my financing through and got me an even lower rate saving me thousands. Good people and a good time. Thanks Adam.

Fast and friendly!

I originally planned on dropping my car off for an oil change and tire rotation, but the lady said it would be ready in just 1 hour, so I waited. The waiting lobby was really nice with free WiFi too. Great service overall.

Best Service in long time
