New car experience

My intentions were only to look at the vehicles and see if I like the Escape. After test driving the vehicle, I knew this is the one for me. The process was smooth and in a matter of hours, I was on my way with a new car!

New Truck Purchase

I visited another ford dealership recently and was not treated with the level of professionalism I felt we should have while buying a new vehicle. but that all changed when we got to Bill Utter Ford. We are Bill Utter clients for life now. Kim Payne was professional friendly and efficient from the very first phone call to the signing of the paperwork. Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with were very helpful and did everything they could to make buying a new truck a pleasant experience. Enabling trailer brake control module

Made an appointment with Eddie Church to enable the trailer brake control module I installed in my 2011 F-150. The work was completed quickly and correctly at the price I was quoted, while I waited. Thanks for great service as always!

Last tire rotation

When getting the wheel lock from the glove compartment, oil and dirt was left all on the passenger seat and glove compartment. I am still working to get it clean.

Oil change

Fast service for an oil change - very disappointed that for $90 oil change they didn’t vacuum, I can go to local oil change shop for less money and they will at least do a quick vacuum.

Battery/Oil Change

They didn't follow through on what they said needed replacing and ordering parts for it. Was kind of disappointed that i had to follow up for my son and call Greg Hall to figure it out. I never have a problem when i take my car to Greg Hall he is always on the ball, so whoever helped my son dropped the ball.

Satisfay

Took 2015 Edge for oil change and tire rotation (The Works) Tecnician was thorough on everything even torquing the wheel nuts. But did not check the air pressure on the tires. Subsequently with the drop in temperatue the low pressure tire warning light came on. All tires were around 29 psi. Technician should have a check off list!!
