Slow service, work not performed, indifference of service personnel. Slow indifference service indifference indifference indifference indifference, indifference, indifference, indifference, indifference. Several customers were waiting for a service writer technician to check them in when I arrived. I had to wait as well. Again your service department showed total indifference to the customers. Second time I’ve been there, probably the last.

Great Experience Again!

Disappointing
I have been to several Ford service centers for maintenance of my vehicles, but was very disappointed in the lack of customer service from this service dept. I made an appointment online, but was not met by a service advisor when I brought my vehicle in. There was no walk around or conversation about what my needs for this visit were. When the service was completed, there was no service advisor who went with me to my vehicle to verify my requests had been met.

Recall
Called to set an appointment on Monday for a recall but parts were not in stock. Was told to call back on Wednesday. On Tuesday I received a second recall for CO and explained that in the Wednesday phone call for booking the appointment. Set an appointment for a Friday morning at 7 am and Dropped vehicle off before closing Thursday night. Was clear that I needed my vehicle by the end of the day Friday. Received two phone calls Friday, one being an update for the vehicle about to get serviced and then another for the vehicle being complete. Upon arrival to pick it up, I asked how it went and it was very unclear. He finally disclosed that only one recall had been done. Had to get a loaner vehicle for the night. Never received a phone call for vehicle completion on Saturday so I called to check. Guy who answered had no clue if it was done, couldn’t find paperwork. He called me back and said there was confusion but it was done. I went and picked it up that afternoon.

I have been dealing with Bill Utter Ford for many many years. It helps make the process a lot easier when service techs, mechanics and management have been with Bill Utter for a lot of years. Cutto's to the ownership ( Bill Utter Ford Family ). I expect to keep trading with and buying new Fords as long as I'm able.
