My service advisor was Danny Morris and he provided great service. I was quoted 5 hours for recall work to be done and it took 4.5 hours. The shuttle service was excellent as well! Ripley was the driver and he is quite enjoyable to talk to. All in all, a great experience at Bill Utter Ford!!

I was well taken care of at my recent service appointment at Bill Utter Ford. While the techs were backed up Eddie Church, who is my service adviser, hooked me up with a loaner truck. When the service was done the price ended up well under the cost that was quoted to me originally. It was a very good experience.
