New Escape purchase
We dealt with Michael Rodriguez at Bill Utter Ford. He was VERY helpful and attentive to our needs. He even called me back on his day off to answer a couple of questions before we went to the dealership. When we arrived, he had the car we had picked out all ready to test drive. NO Respect for appointments
I called last week to set up an appointment to have my oil change. Arrived 15 minutes early to get my truck checked in. They said it was a minimum of a 2 1/2 hour wait. The guy offered for me to come back later and be got in quicker. Even after stating I have an appointment it didn’t matter I would have to wait behind all the walk ins. So I did my other errands and came back still waited aver an hour before it was done. Even talking to a customer service, it appears nothing could be done. If you are going to take appointments you need to honor them. It’s disrespectful of a customers time. This time I could go and come back, however most of the time I can’t. I can’t afford to spend multiple hours sitting around waiting for y’all to decide my new appointment time. And often no one can come get me. Please be more considerate of your customers time. I won’t be back again, if it happens one more time.

Bill Hesters is the new car sales manager. He was very helpful over the phone and even better in person. Phil was my salesman and he took care of every request, kept me updated, and made sure there were no delays or surprises. Everything went as expected and I have a new favorite dealership.

Happy Customer
The Ford Explorer was diagnosed with an antenna problem affecting XM Radio reception. Part was ordered the day of diagnosis and I was contacted promptly when the part came in the next day and the vehicle was scheduled for an appointment the following day. The car was taken back for service upon my arrival at the appointment time and the new antenna was installed in about 30 minutes. The service department diagnosed the issue, said what they were going to do and did it!
