Another fine job from the staff of Bill Utter Ford!!

This is the 4th new vehicle we have purchased at Bill Utter Ford, and as usual the sales staff and supporting staff were great in helping with any questions or concerns we had. I have referred many friends and family members to Bill Utter Ford. They are definitely one of the best in the business!!!

Outstanding professionalism and courtesy!

We have been trading with Bill Utter Ford since 2005 and have found them to provide great service and convenience . They are always extremely helpful and gives great detail in servicing the vehicle. Ray Trevino was extremely efficient in ordering this vehicle and very timely in finalizing the deal and paperwork. Ray was extremely good and patience in explaining all the technology on the vehicle. Mike Lewis in finance was very through and helpful with the paperwork. Since we have been trading with Bill Utter Ford our granddaughter has been using their service. Our son and daughter in law have purchased a F-150 and an Edge. They were previous Nissan owners. Jim and Judy

Great experience

This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased/leased from Bill Utter Ford since we've lived in Dallas. The experience for all three over the past 10 years has been great. Steve Davidson did a great job as well. My only regret was not pushing for another $1,000 for my trade. That stated I was treated with respect and not pressured into the sale.

Easy auto purchase

We saw exactly the car we wanted on their website while we were out of town. Working with Bill and Rey online we got a great price. They also agreed to hold it for us until we could come in to see it the following week. After a test drive we agreed to buy it and got a fair trade-in value for our used car. So the purchase took a very short time. Rey also set up Sync 3 and FordPass for us. This was the third car we have bought from Rey, and have been very pleased.

Very Informant & helpful Kim

I sat down with KIm and explained to him what I wanted, He went out of his way to help me find what I wanted and the manager was very helpful with helping us to get what we could afford in a much newer vehicle than we expected.

Easy Steve

I have purchased four vehicles from Bill Utter Ford. They do a great job of getting me in and out with a good deal. When you go in ask for Steve Davidson he was very helpful. No pressure and took care of everything.

purchase of new ford fusion

I recently purchased a 2017 ford fusion from this dealership. my salesperson was phil tysinger and he was very helpful. I was not sure if I wanted a Taurus or a fusion so he allowed me to drive both cars. he offered me a good trade allowance on my Hyundai elantra, and showed me the best deal I could get on my fusion, and I was very happy with that deal. while I was over waiting on the office person to do my paperwork tysinger had my new vehicle cleaned and ready for me when I got finished. this whole deal went quickly and efficiently. I would recommend tysinger and bill utter ford to anyone interested in a new or used car.

# 1 Dealership

All I had to do was ask for Doyal Chaffin. I told him what I wanted and a few hours later, I was out the door with a new truck. NO HASSEL. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Just a streamline experience.
