Easy auto purchase
We saw exactly the car we wanted on their website while we were out of town. Working with Bill and Rey online we got a great price. They also agreed to hold it for us until we could come in to see it the following week. After a test drive we agreed to buy it and got a fair trade-in value for our used car. So the purchase took a very short time. Rey also set up Sync 3 and FordPass for us. This was the third car we have bought from Rey, and have been very pleased.

purchase of new ford fusion
I recently purchased a 2017 ford fusion from this dealership. my salesperson was phil tysinger and he was very helpful. I was not sure if I wanted a Taurus or a fusion so he allowed me to drive both cars. he offered me a good trade allowance on my Hyundai elantra, and showed me the best deal I could get on my fusion, and I was very happy with that deal. while I was over waiting on the office person to do my paperwork tysinger had my new vehicle cleaned and ready for me when I got finished. this whole deal went quickly and efficiently. I would recommend tysinger and bill utter ford to anyone interested in a new or used car.

Unreal
After searching for THE car and checking the reviews for Dealers in the DFW area, which were very disappointing, we found Bill Utter in Denton. Believe me, the drive from South Fort Worth was very well worth it. After contacting Tom Corrigan, we drove to Denton and he had two cars waiting for us in our color and options. Nothing but accumulates to the entire Dealership! They also beat the financing that I already had, and we were and are extremely pleased with the entire transaction. We are very happy Bill Utter customers and would recommend everyone in North Texas to visit them.. Would give more than 5 stars if we could.....

Great experience
I had met with several Ford dealerships other than Bill Utter, and was just about the buy my truck, when the price was jacked up. A friend had just bought a truck from Doyle Chaffin at Bill Utter Ford and suggested I call him. I told Doyle exactly what I was looking for. He found the truck and made me a great deal. He was great to work with and the REALLY like the truck. I have been telling my friends about the great experience I had at Bill Utter working with Doyle Chaffin. And what a wonderful bunch of folks working there.

Undependable Dealership
The salespeople were nice and knowledgeable. But you Cannot depend on the deal you think you have made. Finance is the last step. After they have taken your old vehicle and everything is done. Then you are taken to a little room in back If you are unfortunate like me you are told the only way you can get your deal is to finance with Ford Credit at an interest rate 3 to 4 points higher. Your choice then is get steamed rolled or back out of the deal you thought you had. Everyone should be very careful at this Dealership. They have changed from the last time I bought there and for me the change was NOT a good one.
