Great service and good quality repair
I brought my recently purchased Escape for body work. My representative was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She kept me updated on the progress of my repair and I was treated with courtesy by all of the staff. It was definitely a great experience. This was my first body shop experience and it went well. All of my routine service is done by Ernest McCarty and I always recommend the dealership to my friends.
