I purchased a used 2007 Ford Explorer from an out of town dealer. Ernest McCarty did a full inspection on this car and found a problem, which was promptly fixed. I also sought out advice from the body shop regarding some minor aesthetic issues on my car. This is the third Ford Explorer that I have taken to Ernest McCarty for service over a eight year period and there has never been a problem. Excellent Service
I'm not one to visit dealerships because of the many vehicles I've purchased over time I find it too much like work. This time I sent my spouse to look for a vehicle since this was going to be her replacement vehicle. To my surprise, she was treated with respect from beginning to the end, no price haggling, credit qualifying was quick and simple, overall great experience.

Great staff
I have all my vehicles serviced here. Even the ones I didn't purchase at Ernest McCarty. The staff is great and they know me now. It's nice to walk in and not have to give all my info each time.

Competent person
Had oil and filter changed for the first time on Ford 2014 Escape. Check-in at service went well and was given a time for work to be completed. Also had tires rotated. At check-out service representative went through check-sheet making comments on status of each item checked. Satisfied that the vehicle was in good condition and should not experience unexpected problems. Waiting area was quite, comfortable for a short-term sit and had coffee.
