Great Service!

Been doing business with you for over 20 years and still happy with all aspects of the dealership! Just went into the Quick Lane for a routine oil change and check-up before leaving out for Atlanta this coming weekend. Kelly Parks was as great as she always is. Courteous and professional - as is all the staff there - and had me ready to go in no time at all! Love the newly updated look of the dealership!

Service

My 2014 Taurus went for its first service recently. I got exactly what I expected--super service and support. Do not know what I would do without Mr. Ernest and ALL his employees. They treat everyone royally.

Purchased new tires

While the service was done and the new tires ride good I was disappointed in the time spent waiting. I asked if I needed an appointment and was told no. I was also disappointed in the web site for my rebate. Right now I know I have been approved for one $70 rebate but the rest is shown as just received. Due to the way the site is set up, everytime I tried to go back to the previous page, it created a new rebate situation. It was very confusing. Just my thoughts.

Replacement of weatherstrip on front passenger door. Handled in a very timely manner & excellent service by Dwayne Fox. All the employees that we have dealt with over the years have always been super nice and helpful. We love the dealership.
