warranty repair

We had a problem with the emergency brake motor, which you replaced. You inspected and found the problem, ordered the part and replaced it in about an hour and a half. Service is polite, thorough and very competent.

Unexpected labor charge.

Coolant additive light came on. Took to dealership, checked additive and reset. All OK. Except, I thought this was a warranty item and did not realize I would be charged $28 labor. Not very happy about that.

Purchased a Ford F150 and the staff there is awesome.! My sales rep Paul was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. Can't say enough about the people and the great experience I had.
