2017 F350

Scheduled recall and warranty work 9 days in advance to make sure parts were there. Dropped truck off at 7:45 and was told they didn’t see 2 if the 3 things listed for service. At 1:30 Called waited over 20 minutes to find out they didn’t have the parts but would have them tomorrow.

Folks CAN'T READ or follow instructions!

Sent an email for simple info. Folks could not, OR would not at least read, and give SIMPLE reply! As usual, info listed to good to be true, and just screw customer! YOU SUCK!

A very unpleasant experience after the sale. Three weeks after I bought a new truck at Legacy, I was called back to the dealership and advised I needed to pay an additional $1,000.00. At first I thought they were kidding, then shocked. Just awful. I was warned to stay away from Legacy. Wish I had listened. Terrible experience. Every time I look at the truck I am reminded of that awful experience. Another red flag, I asked for a copy of every document that I signed at Legacy, and was turned down.

The service on my 2012 Fusion was good, but your the Works coupon for $32.50 was misleading, I had to pay $46.07.

Air bag recall service

Everyone was extremely helpful and very nice. Rodney took care of my vehicle in a very professional and efficient way. I was very pleased with my experience at Legacy Ford

Legacy Ford Service Center

The staff at Legacy Ford are very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy going there. The atmosphere there is friendly and comfortable. When I am getting my car serviced I walk around and it's like hanging out with friends
