Rodney Murrieta was so patient with me as I fussed about the noise my vehicle was making. He went over and above to help me understand the next steps, repair time and costs. Needless to say, I got my vehicle back within 48 hours. Thank you Rodney!!!

Brake service done
Had Legacy Ford do some Brake work on my Ford Edge, I had no problem with their work, it was just getting answers to the work was my only issue. No one called me to informed of the status of my car, My appointment was for 9 a.m. so I dropped it off the night prior. I was told it would take only 2-3hrs. but I never received a status update, so when I finally got thru to my service rep @ 4p.m. they said it was ready. I wish someone could call me and let me know the status on my vehicle. And it would't hurt if they washed the car too...

Warranty car repair
Excellent service!!! Took my wife's car in for a repair, the next day they diagnosed it and ordered the part, and the next day it was repaired and ready for pickup!!
