Awesome Service

I am surprised it took so long after my service to receive this feedback. The gentleman that logged my vehicle into the system to be repaired was awesome. On the back of his laptop he had a large smiley face. Taped to the back of his phone was two eyes. (They represented he might be on the phone but he could see you). They were extensions of his personality. He was very customer friendly and helpful.

Totally anwsome.job. They really did great job it is running like new . I persoallly like to thanks Rodney the customer service repreesentive for his. Great customer service skills He was very informative and responded to every call my husband place Last FYI I wish all service department has an Rodney on staff. Great service. Poor manufacturing support

No problem with the service department, they were expecting us at 08:30 and got the car checked in very quickly. Car was ready as promised and the pickup was handled very well. Wish Ford Motor co. Was up to delivering as well as the franchised dealer the Focus transmission has had an issue from day one and all Ford will offer is a good trade in against another Ford. I wonder why anyone would think that?s a good idea . I have a defective vehicle that the manufacturer won?t stand behind with good faith and they think I would be willing to invest in another product made by them ? Doing the same thing over and expecting a different result is not the way I play. Thank you FoMoCo next car will not be a Ford product.
