Consistent high quality customer service, my service

Consistent high quality customer service, my service advisor, Steven Russo is knowledgeable, honest and precise. This dealership has won my trust and my business by the high quality work they perform on my unit, by their honesty in regard about what the unit needs versus trying to sell all kinds of not needed services and/or parts, by their professionalism and I have always good interactions with all the team members. I drive from Peoria to Scottsdale every time I need parts or service for my unit and I not only enjoy the trip but also I'm looking forward to see and interact with my automotive partners. Suburu AutoNation

Oil change needed, called for appointment and took the car in on Monday, 1/2/23. Arrived at 10 30 and out before 11 30. Everyone was courteous, helpful and responsive to my needs. Steve Russo has been my contcact since purchasing my Forester.

Historically I won't even go to a dealership unless I am

Historically I won't even go to a dealership unless I am the one buying a car the typical process is annoying and extremely frustrating with typical car salesmen. We intended to just look at a Subaru and test drove one on the day we purchased my Subaru. It was just luck that there was only one available that I liked, but it was the salesman, Chris Mueller, who made the difference in a positive way. He was so knowledgeable and unagressive in his approach to selling cars.which was so refreshing for me. In addition, the staff that we encountered during the process were equally courteous and accommodating. I actually met the manager and expressed to her what a wonderful experience it was and I almost didn't feel like I was buying a car because it was so easy and stress free. I also complimented her on the people that she hired who all had the same positive customer service attitude and approach.
