Outstanding Car Buying Experience

I was treated with respect and honesty! Victoria and Jerrell worked diligently to assist me! The finance manager got me an excellent rate and extended warranty for my 16yo daughter's first car!

The best in Service.

We are so very grateful to you all, I called the dealer on christmas eve and and got a young lady of whom I will say was very nice in the service dept, I told her our problem with a dead battery , our car only has 33000 miles on it and my wife was stranded at home trying to get to work. She sent out a man to jump off our ford fusion and helped my wife get it to the dealership, you all preceded to put a new battery in it and got her on her way. I am so appreciative of your personnel, they went beyond our expectations on this , this is why I bought a car there, you all are the best in carrollton especially during the holiday season. I would like this young lady and the young men to be commended on a job well done, We thank you so much. Elaine and Sam Berry

Great Dealership and excellent maint. department

Our family has purchased 4 vehicles from Pugmire in Carrollton, the experience has been a pleasure each time. We continue to have all of our vehicles service there. Jeff in the maintenance department provides excellent service and t a reasonable price. I highly recommend there facility to anyone.

First-time purchase of a new vehicle

I had no intention to buy a new car; I was looking at used, but I found a vehicle I loved, and they made me a great deal. Financing was easy and the whole experience was excellent.

First car 2015 Fiesta

We stopped in one day to look at cars and were greeted warmly by everyone even though it was closing time. I test drove a Fiesta on the lot and really enjoyed how it drove. When we were leaving I fell in love with the green Fiesta in the showroom. We did not buy it that day and it was not a problem. A few days later my family went to finalize and I have loved my car since. It gets great gas mileage. I've only had to fill it up once in the last 18 days!!! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends.
