Great Customer Service, Very personable & fast service!

Everyone at Pugmire Ford is GREAT ! The service department is a smaller center than some of the larger ford dealerships but that doesn't stop them from being fast, friendly and they make sure they take care of the problem. Shane & Jackie are great to work with in getting a vehicle and making sure you walk away with what you want and a affordable price as well as anyone you make contact with at this dealership. Very Clean. Stop by and check them out I will only being going to this dealership from now on.

Excellent and honest place!

2 years ago I purchased a car from Thorton Road Kia. It was an all day process where I walked away feeling screwed. They wore me down until I paid their price..after agreeing to my price, they increased the price by $20 here and $20 there until I just gave up. I will not be going back there. A week ago, we had the opposite experience at Pugmire. We set our price and they did not accept at first. We left and had lunch. During lunch my wife received a few phone calls to negotiate. We walked away feeling successful. We love our new 2017 Ford Explorer and the new relationship we have with this great business.

Totally Ignored

I kept getting cards about buying an extended warranty that I thought I had bought at the time I purchased the car. So I went to Pugmire just to make sure. I had already left a voice mail the day before and no one returned the call. I go into the lobby and was ignored. I did not have on pricey clothing but I was decent and clean. Let me mention that I am 60 and have gray hair. The manager was speaking to a young lady and they were both playing with their cell phones. One employee was on his and looked straight at me but went out the exit (I guess he did not want anyone to listen in oh his phone call). Another employee was walking around with his clip board. A young couple told me there were some employees in the office. I walked over there and stood by the man with the clip board. They looked busy (on the computer anyway). I walked out and went around to the service area and a young lady graciously helped me with my question. I walked back to the lobby to say, "Thank you for no service" but changed my mind because I was upset. The manager was at his desk, the man with the clip board still walking around, and two other employees were outside smoking. I walked back to my car and called the dealership, got voicemail, and said "thank you for no service" and said why I was there and that I would be complaining about this. I guess they just aren't appreciative enough to have a job, was not taught about how to treat customers, and, by the way, age discrimination is against the law.

Good Experience at Pugmire Ford

Mark Taylor was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. He understood that we are a young family and this is our first vehicle purchase and because of this, he worked hard to find us a deal that was in our best interest.

Service at its best!

Jeff in service was excellent! You can not find a better Service Mgr! He was very accommodating and his staff was great as well! I felt I was treated very fairly when it came to the billing, considering how dealerships can get a bad name for shady practices. Overall, a completely satisfying experience!

it was courteous and fast thanks and service personel and customer service was great and close out and paying for service is good as well as telling me what else needed to be done at a later date

very professional and excellent service!!

I purchased my 2014 ford fusion from Pugmire almost two years ago and I wont go anywhere else. They were very helpful from my sales person to the manager to the service department. Sammy was awesome he took his time with me and let me choose and didn't rush me, he also gave me a few days to think about it and make my decision without pressure. The finance manager got me a great deal with ford credit and great rate. Jeff the service manager is great they are always efficient and honest with the work that needs to be done and letting me know what I will need done in the near future. I usually do all my own car work but I really like these guys up here so I will continue to give them my business without a second thought. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle check them out its worth your time.

Highly Recommended! Buy your vehicle here ASAP!

I found my first choice car here on cars.com, then called Pugmire Ford. They gave me a ballpark figure, I got in my car and drove almost 2 and a half hours to their dealership, and drove away in my brand new first choice car as a very happy customer! The whole team at this dealership worked very hard to make sure I ended up in a great car with a plan that worked for me. I brought them a very difficult situation, and they handled it extremely well and in a timely manner. They took some hits and made some sacrifices for me. Normally you would see opposite behavior at car dealerships. My salesman was Lamar Musick. I highly recommend him. Great, friendly guy who is there to serve and match a great vehicle to a happy customer. The sales managers also did everything they could for me. Lastly, the gentleman who dealt with my financing was the most helpful I've ever experienced. Very impressed. Thank you!

Jeff the service manager was quick and even checked my wife's tires to see if they need to be balanced.
