2018 Ford Edge

I went in to Pugmire Ford of Carrollton on July 9, 2018. I had decided to trade my Nissan and wanted to look at Ford SUVs. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Patrick Robinson, a very outgoing salesperson. He spoke with me about the Ford SUVs and explained their different features. He told me he had one that would meet my needs and be affordable at the same time. When he came back, he handed me the key and we went out to look at a Black Ford Edge SEL. I was skeptical at first because of the size of the vehicle, but we took it for a test drive. Along the drive, he asked me if there was anything that I did not like about the vehicle and asked what I do like about the vehicle. He reassured me that just because I went on a test drive did not mean I had to buy (This was good because the salesperson at the last two dealerships to which I had been were very abrasive and almost made me make a decision I would later regret). I appreciated Patrick's lack of pushiness. We arrived back at the dealership, and I was introduced to Shane, the Sales Manager. We discussed payment options and found a payment that was affordable for me. Then I met with the finance guy, Tom, to sign the papers. He was very helpful and made sure I really liked the car and wanted the car before giving me the papers to sign. After signing the papers, Patrick and I met with Jackie, the AMAZING IT lady, and had our picture made in front of the car. I had driven my mom's car to the dealership, but I was trading my Nissan, which was at home. Patrick was nice enough to drive my mom's car home and pick up the Nissan from my house. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience at Pugmire Ford of Carrollton. All personnel were helpful, nice, and made me feel like family from the minute I walked through the door. I will tell all of my friends and family about my experience with this dealership in hopes that they, too, will purchase a vehicle from Pugmire Ford of Carrollton.

Best car buying experience I ever had!

Pugmire Ford of Carrollton help me choose the right vehicle for my son, and also helped me get into a new vehicle for myself. I would recommend my friends and family to Pugmire Ford.

The Works

They preformed the works, check all fluids, air,and battery while I was in for oil change and tire rotation. Nice to be able to drive with confidence that your car is well maintained. Benard was real knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Love Pugmire Ford

The staff is super nice and helpful! I never worry about my service being done correctly. There team is experienced and as far as now, I’ve not had any problems.. I would recommend anyone to Pugmire. I won’t go anywhere else!!!!!

Won’t go anywhere else!

Patrick was fantastic, and the rest of the staff was great also! So helpful and very kind! I will for sure come back to Pugmire for any other car I purchase!

2007 Ford Explorer

I called on Monday, 3/26/18 for appointment for service on my vehicle. I was scheduled for Friday 3/30/18 9:00am. I got there and the service advisor stated to me that he didn't have the manpower to perform the work I needed to my vehicle. I had stated to the young lady on Monday when I made the appointment, that I have a rowing noise coming from my front wheel on the driver side, and other maintenance to my vehicle because the feel of hesitation when driving. My time is very valuable, and I expected better customer service from a dealer that I have been dealing with for many years. Thanks for your time in advance.
