Great job on a recall for side curtain air bags

Could barely notice they did the recall work, everything was put back together perfectly

They tried

Went in to get my airbag light fixed, cost over $800. Shouldn't have had to pay at all, thanks ford. But once it's done I go pick it up and get 10 minutes away before the problem starts again so I go back, they say they fixed it again. Next day the light comes on again so I take my car back and low and behold what they fixed was not the problem so I had to get ANOTHER part for my car and they make me pay for that even though I had already paid for this problem to get fixed. At least the customer service was ok. I want my money back.

McLaughlin FORD Service Dept

Every time I have a service done rather it be a routine oil change or Unfortunately a repair done. McLaughlin has been FANTASTIC!!! Love the all woman service advisors, you don't see that alot. Dana and Olivia are Excellent Service Advisors, very friendly. professional and courteous, know their Job that's for sure. They keep you informed every step of the way on service and repair process. The service dept is Excellent as well, quick in and out oil changes, repairs performed in a timely matter, Parts dept easy to work with and friendly as well, I needed cam phasers replaced on my 2017 f-150 but couldn't have them replaced until the following week, they set my parts aside until i could bring the vehicle in the following week due to scheduling issues on my end. Those of you that have had cam phaser replaced, know what I'm talking about (whole front of the motor had to be disassembled and removed) and parts are short nationwide, so them ensuring all the parts were there for me was huge!!! Would recommend for sure

Handling issues matter

Ordered a new Maverick. Delays in production were according to what you ordered and the supply chain. So I as learned what was in short supply, I would call to try and get things deleted that I could get local, like a spray in bed liner. Getting my sale man and eventually the sales manager to return my calls was a PAIN. Got the Hybrid in the next year and really liked it, so I went to order the wife an Ecoboost. Tried a recommended lady this time and placed the order with no problem. In Jan of this year I received the production notice. The production kept getting pushed back again and again until it disappeared. I called my sale lady and left a message on her machine. Called a few days later and left another message, on the machine. A week later again. Then I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. If I am not worth a 2 minute phone call, you don't need my business. Taking care of you customers is SUPPOSE to be your job. I bought my first car from Mclaughin Ford in 1973 but it looks like I have bought my last. How you handle issues matter.

A Wonderful Experience

Both the Salesman and the Manager were amazing, as they both stayed late to make this deal work, as I had to drive over an hour to get to the dealership, I was in and out in about 20 minutes and driving home in my 2023 Ford F-150 Limited, this was my first dealing with McLaughlin Ford in Sumter but won't be my last. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Ford or any other vehicle they have on their lot, as they remind me of how companies used to be when they truly valued customers, amazing staff all the way around.

Oil Change 2022 F-150

Oil Change in my 2022 F-150 My appointment was at 3:30 on 2/2/23 I arrived a few min before, they took my truck in right away and in 30 Min I was done and on my way. It was the best experience I've received by a dealership for any kinda minor maintenance or oil change

Friendly, efficient. Please make sure hood is securely fastened, warning light appeared at 70mph on I- 20.
