Consistent Superb Customer Service

McLaughlin Ford's Maintenance Department has outstanding customer service! My truck needed maintenance and it needed to be done as soon as possible. I prayed I could avoid avoid a long wait for an appointment. I called and I was not disappointed. I was blessed to speak with Dana Belangia. Because Dana went the extra step, I got my truck taken care of in less than 48 hours. Absolutely amazing! Last time I had work done on my truck, she made the experience effortless and stress free. I now know she consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. In my opinion, McLaughlin Ford needs to make sure Dana stays happy working there. I give her 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Car Service

I used the Ford app for book my service. Very easy process! I tried to call the service department to confirm my appointment time (just hesitant about booking a service and recall fix on the app), but I could never get anyone to answer. The service was great, but I?m giving 4 stars for the difficulty of reaching the service department.
