Great dealer ship

Well starting with the service manager Chuck who is absoutly amazing and does his job excellent. Wes your general manager who helped us for 5 months to get things straightened out with the focus and getting us into the fusion is also a great man with high work etehics and does what he says he is going to do. Also the salesman that Wes had help us with the buying of the fusion not sure of his name he is one great salesman.When we were done with the whole transaction I couldnt of been treated better. It says something for the dealership overall,you are only as good as the owner and general managers bring about. Thank you for all the help and for a great buying experience. NY TRIP & TIRES!!

Bought our Edge there and have been happy, a few issues but taken care of efficiently, however, driving close to 55000 miles, I realized that part of the noise problem was the Pirelli tired... I called and spoke with MJ who did an outstanding job taking care of my issues with 4 Michelin. He priced them as best he could (Sunland Ford should have stepped in) and driving to NY with quietness and smooth sailing! Thanks again MJ!!!

Great job reasonable price

I went into get a oil change it was handled perfectly they gave me a lot of information about my vehicle were upfront and honest about the maintenance I needed and did a great job at a reasonable price

CD palyer sucks

Made an appointment to have oil changed and people with out appointments were taken before me. Also now it is out of the 36k mile warranty you will look at the CD player for $100. It ate the CD at about 20K miles but now it is passed the 36K you will look at it. That sucks.
