I spoke to a girl named Aubrey Ferguson over the course

I spoke to a girl named Aubrey Ferguson over the course of 5 days about the status and location of a truck on the website and was failed on every metric. I was told the truck was in Pauls Valley when the website said it was in Perry and the only information I asked for besides location was to be notified if it sold. I called before I drove down from north OKC and spoke to someone else (I wish I could remember her name), over an hour away, and was told the truck was in Pauls Valley and available. However, when I arrived in Pauls Valley, I was informed that the truck was in fact in Perry and had sold earlier that day! You SUCK Seth Wadley

Poor service department

The sales team is great but the service department is horrible! Been waiting a week for them to tow and fix my car that I'm buying from them. When I call I get rudeness and steady getting put on a tow list that seems to get longer with no communication at all!!

Always a great experience!

I buy all my vehicles at SW Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC. Always great service, especially from the new car sales manager, David! Always 5 stars!

I traded in a nice truck for a F150 2 owner truck with a

I traded in a nice truck for a F150 2 owner truck with a “clean” CARFAX. I was happy the first week, then things started adding up. The drivers side is 3 different shades of white. One tail light collects water and the body lines don’t line up. I paid 31k for a “clean” truck that’s 3 different shades of white and can’t even pull my boat at up a boat ramp or highway speeds. Now I’m stuck with a xxx driveway queen. I won’t name, names, but I was told you get the buddy deal😂😂. I will never do business with this stealership again and will tell everyone I know. Have a good day!!

These people do not honor contracts. Did they sign

We traded in a 2022 ram rebel that we no longer needed and downsized to a smaller vehicle. It took two months for them to pay off the title, holding company that had it making us make it two more payments on the truck that we did not have and we had to go back to sign another contract because they lost the original one when showing a copy of the original contract they still would not go back to a 15% interest rate. They said it was not their fault but they have to go to a 20% contract as a contract I feel that we got screwed. We should not have had to pay that extra. They did not accept any responsibility for any of it at all. Horrible and basically just don’t care they do not care about a customer. They do not care that they did something wrong. We did the right thing and we got punished. I will never ever go near them again a home group.

They texted and texted finally gave in filled out credit

They texted and texted finally gave in filled out credit application. Then poof there gone. No more texts just a hit on my credit. Don't shop here they will ghost you. If I could have put 0 stars I would have. Ralph

Feels like family

Been buying vehicles here for over a decade. Always great service and the salespeople are very knowledgeable. Plus, you can't beat the Seth Wadley Promise!

Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer.

Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. This was a total bait and switch operation. Called before I drove an hour and half to verify the car. They said it would be setting out front waiting for me. When we arrived, it wasn't to be found. They offered others but not even close to what I wanted. Finally spoke to the manager and he said he had bought the car the day before. Image that. Complete scam. Do NOT do business with Seth Wadley EVER.

Don’t buy from Seth wadley, they will sell your trade ins and not pay them off until you force them too takes them over 45 days to pay a note off. Crooked dealer

Don’t buy from Seth wadley, they will lie to you about everything and not pay your trade in off until you force them to been over 45 days, don’t buy from them
