First Time Buyer at Seth Wadley Buick Pauls Valley

This is the first vehicle I have tried to find online. Justin, the SW Sales Rep was most helpful in finding us just the right car. He was very courteous and informative about our vehicle. Mike the General Manager was very friendly and professional in negotiating the final agreement of our purchase. Bob the finance man was also very professional in preparing the multitude of paperwork required. He knew we were on a short time frame and expedited his efforts so we could get to our event in a timely manner. I highly recommend Seth Wadley Buick in Pauls Valley. Dale Wells

have 2019 ram went for the free oil change free xxxx

have 2019 ram went for the free oil change free xxxx charged me 363.36 total 24. for checking tire pressures 110. for the oil 20. for filter 252. DSL filters and 45. labor +40. tax and some others but time before they charge me 500.+ and 2017 4cyc chev charged me 105. FREE come on free oil/engine is a rip off some thing should be done about service told me i should have read fine print never going back boy if i need a free engine i have to rob the bank hope you read this and tell every one you can stay away from seth wadley

Professional and timely service, highly recommende

Great experience! The mechanics got to work on my car right at the given appointment time, the staff was courteous and professional. An attendant even brought the car to me when it was time to go!

Poor customer service

Was lied to an treated like xxxx once the deal was made. This was my 3rd an definitely my last purchase from Seth Wadly I will be going to hudiburg in OKC for any future purchases

Caring

I really enjoy we can set are appointments up on line and chose are services tech. Very caring and helpful. They did a great job on are veichiel. Never had any problems with them sence we bought are veichiel there

Buyer beware of so called "engines for life.

My wife and I drove 80 miles, twice, to look at a truck. 1st 1 had a flat tire, check engine light was on, and the dash was cracked to pieces. No thank you. Wasted trip. Went back a 2nd time to look at another truck and it was just what we wanted. My complaint is, that while our salesman helped us out with a few things AFTER the sale, we were told that our truck didn't "qualify" for the engines for life but, no worries, we have an extended warranty to put on it. Yes, yes they did...for 4 thousand dollars!!! WHAT!!! We Bought the warranty but it absolutely calls into question their advertising that clearly says, with no disclaimer, "engines for life NO MATTER WHAT YOU BUY, NEW OR USED!" Folks, don't believe it!! You only get that if your vehicle "qualifies", which apparently ours did not. Now were they friendly and welcoming, yes, has our salesman helped us out after the sale, yes, above and beyond, but still waiting on things that we were told would be taken care of in the beginning to happen. Buyer beware! Cute commercials but you'll get the same treatment in the end there that local dealerships do.

Customer service

Sold my 18 year old son a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and would not fix the issue. Put the vehicle back online to sell without fixing this death trap. Dealership was more concerned about making a dollar then sell safe vehicles to customers. I have videos and text strings proving it all. We were also told by Manager “Hassan” that Seth Wadley would also agree with him that they would rather sell the truck as is and not fix the issue. Another floor manager Johnthan “tutu” Fields heard the conversation. I can’t believe Seth Wadley would agree to this kind of customer service.

Service department

I like going to the GMC dealership because the service department is first class and I think it’s because of Steve Brooks. Very professional and always has a good attitude. Wants a customer to want to come back.
