Not completely satisfied.
Sold me my car when it hadn?t even passed inspection. Had to make an appointment and go back to have it inspected. Also sold me the car with a non working Key fob, they then replaced the battery for the key fob and even after that, it still did not work. A week after having the vehicle the cloth fabric that lined the inside of the vehicle began to separate from the roof of the car and also completely came off of the sliding cover that covers the sun roof. I?m unable to open and close my sunroof cover completely because the fabric gets bunched up and stuck. Not sure why the fabric separation was not addressed before putting it on the lot to sell. Vehicle only came with one key as well and as I mentioned before, the key they gave me didn?t even work.

Worst Ford Dealer in Eastern NC
Worst Ford Dealer in Eastern NC. I bought a new 2017 F250 6.7L Lariat from Cella. Bought via the USAA online buying program. Ok experience; no major issues. I bought at night, and the only issue I missed was that the truck had been sitting on the lot for a while and was covered in hard water spots. I did the detail to work to correct, but you would think a dealer would do that for a 65-70k sale. Fast forward… my 2017 had a number of warranty issue associated with the “death wobble” front end issue. Sanders Ford in Jacksonville (closest to where I live), worked this issue well, and I have no issues with their efforts—they were very good! However, I decided to trade this truck before the 3yr warranty was up (I was at ~25k miles, I think…). So, I started searching for a new ford truck, and I gave Cella my first opportunity as the previous experience had been largely ok and they had a truck I was interested in (New 2019 F250). Cella and I worked numbers for both the new truck and trade, and we agreed to terms via email. I made it very clear that I was most interested in a quick transaction and no BS—everything looked good and I told them I would be there early Friday night. As discussed, I left work early on Friday to buy this truck--90-100 min drive from my house… I arrived… and then it went to sh*t… - Truck was not clean; tire pressures were low (minor issue). - After paperwork started, I was informed that the price I was quoted was contingent on Ford Financing. This was not disclosed in the detailed email pricing I received. I agreed to continue (although my gut told me not to, and I should have listened to myself). - About ten minutes later, I was informed by the Sales Manager that they COULD NOT SELL ME THE TRUCK TODAY… it was subject to a recall… they then wanted me to leave my trade, give me a loaner, then deliver the new truck the following week and then finalize the paperwork… Obviously, this was not working… I won’t detail the ridiculous phone call I got from the GM that weekend… Needless to say, I bought a 2020 F250 Lariat Tremor from Smithfield Ford a week later (great dealer). Ayden Ford was very good, but it just came down to I liked the truck at Smithfield better… Cella.. STAY AWAY FROM!
