I called ahead of time to make an appt with QuikLane but was told to come in and that it’s a first come first serve basis. So I got there and they took it in right away. Compliments to the gentleman that helped me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Ray made this process super easy and was so helpful throughout. I originally put a vehicle on hold that I didn’t end up getting. He helped me pick the exact one I wanted and was also able to get my mom into a new vehicle. Gary made the closing process super easy and quick. Very happy with everything overall.

I think your service people should have checked the control settings inside the car instead of racking up $200 worth of charges checking everything else only to find nothing wrong.
