Awesome service and very very friendly

The service, the finance dept and all the people inside and out of Don Chamlers were very friendly and very helpful with what I wanted in a vehicle and gave me the best price I needed. I am a returning customer and I will continue to buy from this dealership again. Out of 5 stars I give it a 4 due to me asking for a salesman but other than that, they are great!

easy going, no pressure.

Don Chalmers built a wonderful dealership based on the customer first attitude. I bought my first Ford Truck from Chalmers in 1996 when they were still in a temporary building. Over the years I have purchased seven vehicles from the firm, and have always been treated with helpfulness, albiet the sales people, the repair facility and parts dept. Thanks Jerry B

Auto Buyer

I Phoned ahead to give my Salesman Kenneth Willard, What I needed he had 3 vehicles ready for me when I arrived. I inspected and drove the one I liked the most and then we made a deal it took 3 hours from start to finish and I am very satisfied with the Encounter, It was a good session. The staff is very professional. This is my 2nd auto purchase from this Dealership

Customer Service when signing was aweful

Everything with the purchase had gone really well and it was close to the evening. When it came to actually signing all the paperwork in purchasing the truck we were transferred to Nora Rashid. We left there with such a bitter experience caused by one person after everything prior to that had gone well. She was really rude and made it clear she did not want to be there. She specifically said to us "I'm tired, I've been here since 8am" she was clearly unhappy she had to do the paperwork and we probably will not be going back if she is there for any future purchase.

New car purchase

Love dealing with the folks at DCF, John, Michelle and Jackie are always ready and willing to take care of the customer. I have just purchased my 3rd car in 5 years and will continue having all my cars serviced there as well, the Quick Lane and Service departments are very clean and people are very professional. and one last shout out to the folks in the body shop. Everyone in every department, my hats off too you. Merry Christmas

Great sales staff without the pushy sales attitude!!!

Excellent Sales staff, as well as, all the other staff members. Everyone was very attentive, but no one had the pushy sales attitude. The customer experience was one that I will want to experience again as I will be a repeat buyer when the need comes up again.

professional and friendly

I took my new (10k miles) fusion in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The scheduling was easy and Diana is very professional and friendly. While it was there they performed a recall so I don't have to take it in a second time.

Excellent and efficient buying of Vehicle

I purchased a new Ford F-150 and John Wayne was absolutely a great professional sales person that listened to what I wanted and took me straight to the truck I purchased. They gave me a great price and John was able to get the transactions done in a very efficient manner. I would recommend John and this dealership to all car buyers.

service review

Excellent service with repeat problem. Service advisor knowledgeable & "knows me" & my car issues. Explains service issues & will check on recalls (fixes them when I am there for other reasons). Very helpful & most issues have been covered by my warranty.
