Just had my new Escape serviced for a recall notice. Everything was handled very well. So far I would recommend Don Chalmers to anyone. One recommendation would be on a recall to have the ability to make an appointment.

Excellent Buying New Car Experience

Well informed

Easy to do business with and to understand any issues. Diana can explain anything, in as much detail as you may want. Even with a delay to return the car due to workload in service, she made sure that I was taken care of for transportation needs. Been going there for years, and will go back.

Easy going and friendly visit

excellent service

My battery died inside my garage. This dealership towed my vehicle from home to the shop. Service was completed along with an extensive recall. My Cmax Energi was recharged as requested along with more information. Excellent service.
