Herb is a great salesman , he allowed my wife and I enough time to look the F-150 over and drive it . The dealership even stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of. Only down side , first time I bought a Ford and didn’t get a hat … LOL

I ordered a Super Duty from Bob Moore Ford last January. We all know the issues in the car industry, and I knew it could take a while. While waiting, I would read a couple of forums where others like me have been waiting and when their truck arrived, how much hassle they had with the dealer or the dealer not honoring price protection. When my truck finally arrived (6 months!), Bob Moore was upfront, friendly and made the entire transaction hassle-free. I felt they gave me a good value for my trade-in, honored the original price agreed to and no pressure from the F&I person. I got to choose what I wanted for extended warranty and the whole experience was pleasant. This is the reason I chose Bob Moore for my third purchase from them!

Fantastic experience! Herb Griffith contacted me at his first opportunity to respond to an online inquiry, and he was there every step of the way and helped me drive home in my new truck! I was driving in from 2 hrs away and we had everything from trade in to sales price handled before I ever set foot on the lot. All that was left was a test drive and the paperwork. Horrible experience. Took truck in 4x. When it cost me they found issues. When same issue existed, they told me nothing that can be done. I now have to find another place to repair my truck. I have bought several Bob Moore vehicles and still get treated this way. That shouldn't even matter. But I would hate to see the treatment from them if I were never a customer. I was told today, they don't have time to take truck on test drive. Clearly they have no intention making the repair or situation right. I am out thousands on rental vehicles, and repairs. I have to rent a vehicle every time I travel because I can't trust the work done on my truck.

Both Dylan & Matt were HONEST and lived up to their end of our discussions. Fastest paperwork time ever.

Herb, Jason and Mike were all fantastic. They took time to Explain everything in detail and answer any questions. Herb was extremely knowledgeable on the F150 I purchased. A great experience overall!
