Horrible experience. Took truck in 4x. When it cost me they found issues. When same issue existed, they told me nothing that can be done. I now have to find another place to repair my truck. I have bought several Bob Moore vehicles and still get treated this way. That shouldn't even matter. But I would hate to see the treatment from them if I were never a customer. I was told today, they don't have time to take truck on test drive. Clearly they have no intention making the repair or situation right. I am out thousands on rental vehicles, and repairs. I have to rent a vehicle every time I travel because I can't trust the work done on my truck.
