Be sure you get to see the sticker price before you sign any paperwork. The vehicle I purchased listed for 43,600.00, I got 43,000 trade. There was a 1,000 rebate, so should have got back 1000.00 in my pocket. The sticker was in the glove box not visible to me and I never thought to look because I really thought bob moore was not sneaky, but that’s what I get for thinking. They got me on this one, never again. I told the salesman I will trade straight across, but that did not happen.

No I do not recommend this dealer, however the salesman that helped me with my trade does not like to hear that a customer would like to have something added to the new vehicle to make it worthwhile to the customer. They hide the retail price and are not transparent. They are in it to make money not worry about customer service.sticker price was 43620, they said they were giving me a straight trade when in fact they wanted the 1000.00 rebate that I should have got. Herb is a great salesman , he allowed my wife and I enough time to look the F-150 over and drive it . The dealership even stayed after closing to make sure we were taken care of. Only down side , first time I bought a Ford and didn’t get a hat … LOL

While waiting, I would read a couple of forums where others like me have been waiting and when their truck arrived, how much hassle they had with the dealer or the dealer not honoring price protection. When my truck finally arrived (6 months!), Bob Moore was upfront, friendly and made the entire transaction hassle-free. I felt they gave me a good value for my trade-in, honored the original price agreed to and no pressure from the F&I person. I got to choose what I wanted for extended warranty and the whole experience was pleasant. This is the reason I chose Bob Moore for my third purchase from them!
