Great service
When I made the appointment, Dusty told me that the recall fix would take about 45-60 minutes. It took 60 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional.

Actually listened to me
Was having an issue with my 14 F150. I had done my home work and had taken it to several other places to have it worked on and they did everything but what I thought would fix the issue I was having. The service department listened to me and the mechanic also agreed with me that what I thought was this issue was the issue. They had the part in stock, fixed it very quickly even though I was early for my appointment. Then I got a military discount. Listening to the owner and appreciating the current and former members of the military is a huge plus for me. I normally would not go to a dealership for repairs but this place changed my mind. I would return to have my truck worked on there again. I would also like to say I was able to test drive a few newer trucks and did not get the sales pressure. I am not in the market yet for a new truck and they understood that and helped me anyways. I would look at this dealership when I am. In the market for a new or used truck in the future.

Transmission
Because your company is a rip off. My transmission went out that your company installed. Your company tells me there is nothing they can do about it. I paid your 3.400 for a transmission. That you won't honor and on top of that your company wants to charge me 4.200 for another transmission. I can the Ford company and they admitted they have a transmission problem. But still refuse to honor your transmission. I am a veteran on an limited income. This is my only means of transportation for work or personal. I feel Ashamed for trusting you and your company.

Great service
They kept us in the loop the entire time our truck was there. Even stored it in their bay over night since there was bad weather coming.
