Pulling in we were greeted with a smile and a big wave. As we got out of our car, Jeff met us with enthusiasm and a friendly smile. We were honestly there to just look. He asked what we wanted and what was our max price and monthly payment price. We told him no more than 25000 and no more than 400/month. we told him we have 2 kids and 1 more on the way and need room for our family. He had just the truck in mind. He showed us 3 different trucks and we fell in love with the 1st one. He answered ALL of our questions (and I had A LOT). The truck was below our budget, met our needs and reliable. He was absolutely amazing! And to top it off Jeff found us a low interest rate, gap, and warranty. We will definitely be coming back to buy our future vehicles from Jeff And Ian.

Chad in the service department got my car fixed (recall) in an hour! He was very helpful & informative while I was waiting! Great customer service!

I had good service, I felt since I had an appointment, it took too long. I was there 3 hours for an oil change. I feel this is to long.

I had an oil change performed, AC serviced and two keys programmed. Great service always. They always take care of all my vehicle needs. Great place! John the service porter always gives me rides home and back. He is really friendly!

Everyone was nice and helpful. Service was quick and prices were better than other dealership. I ordered a part mid week and it was there by Saturday. I came for a extra key and also got info on details.

Josh got me checked in, good follow up on this large amount of Diesel fluids/filters TBO service and kept me informed. I had to call toward end of day to make sure I was going to get it back the same day but it was ready. The service Dept could do a quick vacuum on interior for $1100 service charge. Small token of appreciation by a service dept that I was impressed with at Reynolds Ford in past. My current diesel truck was originally purchased at Bob Moore so thought I’d stay with Dealer of record. Sometimes it’s the smaller details that matter.
