Great Service Center

Chad got my truck in for an oil change that was overdue on a busy day. My work schedule had been hectic and I just needed to get it done before a trip. I appreciate him working around my busy schedule!

Great friendly service

My car is running better than it ever has I was reluctant to take it to the dealership due to usual over pricing but my opinion has completely changed Chad really helped me out and kept me informed on what was going on so thank you guys and thank you especially Chad

Josh was outstanding!

I brought my wife’s Explorer in for a popping noise from the front end. At first they were unable to duplicate the issue but they test drove it a second time and duplicated the issue. The tech found that the steering gear was at fault. Josh found my extended warranty and got the repair covered under that warranty. I had also scheduled to have my truck in for an oil change that was past due. There was an online booking issue and he helped to reschedule around my busy schedule to my satisfaction as well. Thanks Josh!

Quick Service

Brought in 2013 Ford E350 passenger to have Low Tire Pressure Warning indicator checked. Chad took care of it sending it back to the tire tech. Was fixed by reprogramming the tire pressure monitors. Was out within 30 minutes. Thanks.

Puzzling Comparison to David Stanley

Great job on getting me in last minute and checking out the issues with my alignment and struts. Still very puzzling why David Stanley said they couldn’t do the alignment because the struts needed to be replaced and that a Ford dealer would have to do that.

Accommodating and honest staff. Great overall experience

The service at Moore was fair as well as honest. Chad (service technician) went above and beyond his required duty in finding a recall for my vehicle which saved me money, and was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone one looking for quality service and integrity among staff.

I could not ask for anything more!!!

From day 1 of going to this dealership, I have always been met with nothing but professionalism, courtesy and friendliness (and always with a smile on their faces). My trusted service guy, Mr. Jeff Gann has always listened to my concerns and addressed my needs/questions. They always make you feel welcomed and the service manager, Mr. Scott Parrish, makes you feel comfortable enough to come to him if you ever have an issue with your service. Recall/warranty work

Took our daughter’s 2012 Focus in for recalls/warranty work. They took care of everything and were very professional and explained all of the work done.

I love this location.

I feel as though this location take care of me and every way possible. They call and actually let you know what’s going on with your vehicle, they’re all very professional and nice. And I would like to point out a specific associate by the name of “Dusty”. He has went the full step to make sure I’m happy with my visit and I’m pleased.
