I've had many service departments in years past but Jeff in service is the kindest, most polite, caring person. And he smiles. Even when my husband was I'll and passed away, he told me if I needed help with anything to let him know, and I believe him. John is also one of my favorites. Always a gentleman and kind. You have the best. Take care of them

Shannon is a knowledgeable and respectful young man who is serious about his job. I knew I wanted another Edge and he helped me narrow down my choices and answered a lot a questions about the safety features and options. As a senior lady, I was skeptical about being paired up with this young man but warmed up to him as I discovered how mature, patient and capable he is. I am pleased with my new red Edge.

Great Service. Very timely, even with additional recommended services. Just wish they could find some way to advise you of required (recommended) services when you make the appointment, not after you get there, otherwise the best I have dealt with.

The service here was great. The only thing I can complain about was they didn't put a part back on after service. (Electronic rust protection module).

Had a great experience. Got me right in. Gave me.a ride home. Chad handled all my concerns and let me know as soon as it was ready so I could have it back the same day.
