Jeff never seems to busy to answer all questions. He contacted the extended warranty representative and made sure they understood the issue. Service was completed on time and accurately.

Treated us like family and were very fast to respond to our needs. I gave them an impossible job to find us a very specific truck and they lived up to the task. I would recommend them to my friends and family. They are truck experts.

The actual replacement was great. I called in October after receiving my letter and was told i would be called when the part arrived. I called in late January and was completely blown off. I was told that “ they would call me when the part came in” and that the company sent letters but often didn’t send the dealership the parts. He didn’t ask my name, so I am not sure how he could check. I went to the dealership o. 15 May and spike with Chad. He gets 5 stars because he set an appt for the next day and the airbag was replaced. Dealership gets 3 stars.

It’s not easy making such a large purchase from out of state when all you have to work with is phone and email. Kyle and the rest of the team at Bob Moore Ford definitely earned our business. Not only did he get us great price on the perfect truck but most of all he made us feel comfortable and confident about buying a vehicle over the phone. I gave Bob Moore Ford’s Service Department five stars because they always go above and beyond. I am always greeted with smiling faces and the guys seem genuine about taking care of my vehicles needs. The lounge area is nice and relaxing with refreshments and a tv to enjoy. There is also free WiFi which is always a plus. The service staff gets you in and out quickly. If there is a problem, they talk to you about it and get it taken care of in a timely manner. You won’t be disappointed in choosing this dealership.
