F150 Oil Change

Replaced new fuel pump that Cummins Ford put in, in November
Service was done in timely matter they said it would be. All service people I spoke to were attentive and friendly. I was not sure I would go back to a Ford dealership after problems with Cummins Ford in Weatherford. Marko and the Bob Moore service in OKC were much better. I would definitely return.

Waiting on repair of new Edge
Have been waiting for over 4 weeks for repair on our brand new Edge that has faulty computer system. First payment due in a few days, tag due in a few days yet it still sits on lot at Bob Moore Ford. We have only driven it two days since purchased, they are unable or unwilling to do whatever it takes to get computer to fix. Seems to be lack of initiative to apply heavy pressure on whoever to acquire part, also failure to return calls in timely manner

Preferred over Reynolds
Friendly staff. Greeted upon hitting the lot, unlike Reynolds Ford, 8 sales people looked at me without a word, until I said I have a question then someone finally said "How can I help you?"

Honest, friendly, and dependable.
Went in for a warranty and recall item. Received prompt and friendly service. They had a shuttle type service in a very comfortable and clean vehicle. The driver was pleasant and offered great conversation. When my vehicle was ready for pick-up it was returned seemingly cleaner than when I had dropped it off. Good folks at this dealership. Service
They did fine but it took too long. I was there longer than anyone else. I even had an appointment. If I was able to leave I wouldn’t have mind but I was stuck there.
