Highly Recommend Bob Moore Ford

Jordan was great…best experience I’ve had when buying a vehicle. Received exactly the truck I ordered in the time frame I was told to expect, even with the logistics problems of 2021. Received a very fair value for my trade-in. I would definitely recommend Bob Moore Ford and Ask for Jordan…he’ll treat you fair!

Dishonest dealer

My dad was looking for cars in the OK area for us to get for our daughter. He worked a deal with Herb Griffith and when we arrived, after traveling down from Kansas, the paperwork didn’t match the agreed upon deal. We had to walk away without the car. We were very disappointed in the service and lack of honesty.

My dad was looking for cars in the OK area for us to get for our daughter. I found a used Audi S8 online I was really interested in....

I found a used Audi S8 online I was really interested in. I chased Darrell Jefflo and Anthony Jew for a week for information on the car and told them I wanted to move forward. I live out of state (New Hampshire) and had gotten quote to ship the car...had no problem with the asking price. The I was told...'they had someone in the showroom really interested in the car'...well after a week of chasing them, they sold the car out from under me. I would have put down a deposit if they had asked. if you are shopping online......keep shopping....elsewhere. I ended up buying a used Bentley GT from a private seller in Texas...so don't cry for me...it worked out. :) But I would not waste time with these people unless you are local. Good luck!

Good experience

Overall my car buying experience was Great! My Sales Consultant Herb was awesome and did an amazing job. Waiting for finance department took way to long and not much concern from the Manager about customer satisfaction wasn’t great…but Herb did his job very well

Best car buying experience

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Kyle is a great salesperson to deal with. The entire sales staff bent over backwards to get us the best deal

We bought a brand new F250 and the experience from start...

We bought a brand new F250 and the experience from start to finish was great!! Kyle, our sales person, was awesome and was not "salesy" or pushy at all but rather was an advocate for me. The entire experience was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Yes, I said enjoyable. They made everything easy and even set up all of our phones to the truck and synced them ... I really was impressed. Thank you to Kyle and to Ben (GM) for their great work!

My New truck purchase process

My process of buying a new Truck with Ben (GM) and Kyle, the "Sales" person, was outstanding. I use the term "sales" loosely as Kyle was not pushy at all but rather was an advocate for me and my purchase. I really was taken care of from start to finish and the process was smooth and painless. You hear all kinds of stories about buying cars and I have some of my own; however, this process was the opposite... it was great! I would recommend Bob Moore and Kyle.
