Ben Hays & Dylan Wolle- ‘A #1 in customer service’

My New truck purchase process

My process of buying a new Truck with Ben (GM) and Kyle, the "Sales" person, was outstanding. I use the term "sales" loosely as Kyle was not pushy at all but rather was an advocate for me and my purchase. I really was taken care of from start to finish and the process was smooth and painless. You hear all kinds of stories about buying cars and I have some of my own; however, this process was the opposite... it was great! I would recommend Bob Moore and Kyle.

We bought a brand new F250 and the experience from start...

We bought a brand new F250 and the experience from start to finish was great!! Kyle, our sales person, was awesome and was not "salesy" or pushy at all but rather was an advocate for me. The entire experience was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Yes, I said enjoyable. They made everything easy and even set up all of our phones to the truck and synced them ... I really was impressed. Thank you to Kyle and to Ben (GM) for their great work!

Herb and Rick were great to work with. This was the by far the smoothest and easiest experience I've had in purchasing a new vehicle. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with everything, and took their time in trying to find discounts and any rebates which could help me. Hats off to both of them at Bob Moore. Bronco Sport Purchase

Jordan was fantastic! This was the first time purchasing a vehicle without my late husband and he was patient, kind and not pushy. He even went out of his way to grab the vehicle I was interested and send me a personalized video showing it before I even arrived to the dealership. All around great experience with this dealorship.

DO NOT USE BOB MOORE SEVICE DEPARTMENT!

Do not use BOB MOORE FORD to service on your vehicles! We took our 2014 Explorer in that had check engine light on. They had it for 3 days and told us it would be $2300 to fix it. We paid it (keep in mind $1300 was for labor) and picked it up 5 days later. We weren't even one mile from the dealership and the engine light came back on. Took it right back and they said it would be another $1800 to fix it. Spoke with the manager and he had us bring it back in (hoping for a resolution) 2 days later, same answer. It would cost us another $1800 to fix it. We have used BOB MOORE FORD several times since moving into the area but we will never go back and would never recommend it to anyone!

Bob Moore, where you purchase your next vehicle.

I had a great experience at Bob Moore, Mr. Wolle did an excellent job at keeping me updated throughout the entire process which was awesome since I actually live 2.5 hours away. Great vibes all around since I pulled up to the dealer, everyone went above and beyond to help and provide great service. Highly recommend!

Their service department is the absolute worst. I would...

Their service department is the absolute worst. I would not trust them with a childs wagon. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for them to look at the leaking shocks on my 2021 F150. Dropped it off at 7:45 AM and never heard a word from them. Started calling them at 3:00 PM and after 15 minutes on hold the service manager said "yeah we looked at at it and the shocks aren't leaking. Keep in mind I had a mechanic at HTP show me that they were leaking and I saw it myself...then Bob Moore Ford keeps my vehicle all day and never even calls me to tell me they see no issue. Fact is they don't wat to fix the truck and they finally admitted they never looked at it until i called at 3:00 PM Don't waste your time with these clowns...go to a real service department

After much anticipated my Bronco it showed up at Bobmoore...

After much anticipated my Bronco it showed up at Bobmoore Ford.After it was taken off truck and inspected 700 miles 10hrs later my bronco was at my door step.Can’t say enough about Kyle he makes it happen.Great service .

I have to say the best service from any dealership hands down is Bobmoore Ford and that is because Kyle goes beyond great service as my sales rep.Never no hassle and vehicles are delivered as promised.
