I came to Bob Moore on a whim! I have been turned down at every dealership I have contacted because of how upside down I was in my previous vehicle! Right out of the gate my offer was accepted through the website, and everything was a breeze! I had to come in around 7pm on a Saturday and everyone was working together to help me in my situation. JERRY was my sales guy and never not once did he make me feel as though I was asking to much or like he was just passing the time keeping me there to get me to change my mind. Either way I was super happy with the whole process from the internet sales rep Alexandria to Jerry the guy who worked the deal to Jared the finance person who found the perfect bank to pick up my new loan!!

New RAPTOR

I have bought 3 trucks from Bob Moore Ford. The last 2 where from the amazing and totally cool KYLE CHRISTIAN. He knows better than anyone how to treat a customer. My wife wanted to trade in her old clunker so I called Kyle and handled it. She drove off with a 2018 f150 Raptor. The team from Bob Moore ford knows their stuff. I know I will personally recommend any one to Kyle Christian at Bob Moore Ford

I got a great truck at a good price.

They had lots of nice trucks to chose from. The salesmen were nice and worked with me to get the right truck at the right price.

Jason Myers is the name of the employee that my husband and I worked with at Bob Moore Ford. We were looking for a specific used car that my husband wanted to buy for me, it was a Honda CRV that was listed on Carfax. Jason was extremely helpful and answered all our questions pleasantly (never grumpy). Jason was very pleasant to work with. He told us that Bob Moore Ford would fix the lock on the passenger door. Jason supplied me with a "loaner" vehicle while this work was done. Oh, by the way---my husband bought me the car!!! Jason also helped me to learn how to use the cd player and other items on the dash. I am very satisfied with my new (used) vehicle and I sincerely want to thank Jason for ALL his help and friendly attitude. best experience at a dealer ever!

quickest and best experience ive ever had. my salesman was very polite and not pushy at all. Trade process and whole transaction was fantastic and they had me in and out of there in under 2.5 hours including test drive and signing papers. would definitely recommend going here to anyone!
