I had a bad experience with Bob Moore also. I bought into their warranties and was promised that they would work in Texas. If I had someone who would not honor the warranty, call Bob Moore and they would help get it approved. The local ford house here said no because the company "EFG" does not pay. I got the same response from a local tire store here. I called the EFG and they sent me a link to find some local companies that honored their service. No one in Amarillo Texas showed up on their link. Amarillo Texas is a pretty good size town and no deals with them. I called Bob Moore and talked to Nathan Price the guy who said he would go to bat for me if the ford house would not honor my claims when he was pitching me the warranties. He said call EFG and have them help me. The last thing EFG said to me was you need to find someone who honors our service. EFG address is in Arlington Texas. Very disappointed in Ford motor co. for allowing a dealership to operate this way.

The staff is nice and courteous.
The staff is nice and courteous. No pushy sales people. We dealt with Derrick and he answered all of our questions and got us set up with two new F250’s

I recently purchased my new vehicle through Bob Moore Ford. Carl, Fred, and Matt were awesome to deal with! Sometimes the buying process can be a headache but they made the experience smooth and easy. I would recommend to anyone looking for good customer service and a smooth buying process to go see Carl!

Bad experience with Bob Moore Ford.
Bad experience with Bob Moore Ford. Found a 2024 Expedition Max for a good price. $57,062 final price. I'm from out of town so I was talking with Chad Harris. They have a doc fee of $485 that will be added in the description, most dealers have that now days. Some cheaper, some more expensive. When they finally put the numbers on paper the price went up to $58,346. This time I didn't get a call back from Chad, I got called by Dakota. A fast talking salesman telling me his numbers were correct because they have a $799 addendum fee for 1 yr for scheduled mtc, all weather liners, wheel locks, and nitrogen filled tires. I am from out of state so the maintenance is useless, there is already $160 from factory for floor liners on the sticker price. So paying the $799 for nitrogen air in the tires and wheel locks, it was still $1000 more than it should be. I tried telling Dakota that his numbers were off but he insisted they were not. I emailed Chad and got a response saying his salesman made a mistake. I also received a call back from Jason Ackers apologizing for the mistake and that Chad was a new manager. I don't think they offered to take the $1000 mistake off or better yet put the $1000 mistake on them and give me the correct price minus the $1000 extra they wanted me to pay. After that I don't think I could buy a new vehicle from Bob Moore Ford. How many people don't check the numbers over and just think they are giving you correct price.
