This is the second car we have purchased from Bob Moore Ford. Both experiences have hands down been the best car buying experience we have ever had. Every employee is super knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about their customers. I would recommend them five times over to anyone.

Went in looking for a Raptor. Left less than a. Day and a half with one. Sales associates were very relaxed and didn’t push for anything. The guy I dealt with was named Schyler and he was a pleasure to work with. Very non-hassle and helped me out in about every way I could ask for. Would return to them for a future ride if the dealer offers something I want.

The process of purchasing my new vehicle was a pleasant experience. From sales through finance customer service was amazing. Definitely, exceeded my expectations.

I'll preface this by saying that I arrived already knowing which vehicle I wanted to look at. The online inventory was convenient and easy to filter through. Scheduling a test drive via the website was also easy and immediately connected me with a chipper sales rep who sent a personalized video of the car. Unfortunately, the specific car I wanted was sold to another customer an hour before I arrived, but the sales rep reached out to let me know as soon as possible so I wouldn't waste my time. He was also informative about similar models they still had available. Everyone I spoke with at this dealership was incredibly helpful, friendly, and eager to answer all of my questions. The finance office did great work to help me find the best deal available and made the paperwork a smooth process. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and confident in my purchase.

I asked the dealer no less than 4 times if the car was stock and was told each time it was. When I took possession it was blatantly obvious the car had significant modifications.

Misrepresented the car. I asked multiple times and was assured the car was stock. After getting to car home I learned significant modifications were made. I was essentially lied to.
