Alonso made the process pretty easy, I requested photos and videos for a out of state sale and he sent all information requested really quick, he responded all of my questions and helped to get the vehicle sent out to my City

Kyle Christian is the real deal.

Kyle Christian is the real deal. We are out of state and bought a certified preowned Expedition from him sight-unseen, and Kyle made the experience seamless. He texted us additional photos and did a FaceTime call to show us the vehicle. We traded in our previous car and the negotiation over the phone was very fair and straightforward - no xx sales tactics, just human to human negotiating a deal that worked for both parties. Upon getting the car home, we noticed one of the rear window defrosters was defective and Kyle went above and beyond to replace the back window, tint it to match the rest of the car, and remedy the situation. 10/10 choose Kyle as your salesperson at Bob Moore Ford.

Kyle worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted and this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Bob Moore ford. Everyone I felt with was fantastic and sis not pressure me. I will never go anywhere else.

I found the ford Edge on the internet with low miles and

I found the ford Edge on the internet with low miles and within my budget. I reached out to Bob Moore Ford. Alonso Moreno reached out to me. We set up a time to see the car. My husband and I bought the car 10-7. Mike Riebe processed the paperwork. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Also being of a certain age this is very important. We are waiting on our 2nd key and this process will be complete.

I sure didn't have an experience.

I sure didn't have an experience. I had a nightmare, and the nightmare just keeps going on. Bob Moore Ford drove my vehicle 400 miles to validate my warranty that is a for sure thing that happened, it isn't a lie, in fact I have proof, so when I told Bob Moore Ford about this actually the general manager Bob Hayes he wants to tell me that didn't happen. Well it did happen, so he won't listen to anything I say, they have put four fuel pumps on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ each one has failed, so after the fourth one I was told bye Jeff Gann the service manager that there's nothing else they can do, they can't figure out why the pumps are failing. That's how smart these people are, they're actually incompetent. So they tell me go ahead drive the car until pump # 5 goes out, and we'll fix it. That was until I talked to Bob Hayes, the general manager. He proceeds to tell me, basically I guess I'm bared from Bob Moore Ford, is that not weird I can only go back there to have another pump put on when the fourth one goes out, since they don't know what it is and it's under warranty with them as far as the pump goes I can only go there for the pump now, what is that, is that not crazy? I have an engine light on in the vehicle. We just got it out of the shop, Bob Moore Ford September the 27th of 24 with a leaking gas line from the fourth pump that they didn't tighten the gas line, gas went everywhere, they come and got it tightened it so now I have a check engine light on but I can't go back unless it's the pump, and it's a possibility that the check engine light is on due to the pump, but can't do nothing about that because I said I was going to call Channel 4 and Bob Hayes says since I said this and threatened this that he's not going to repair anything else on my vehicle only the pump, and once the warranty runs out he won't do that anymore so I'm stuck with the vehicle that the pumps continue to go out on, and no one has a clue why, none of these people that are certified know why. How many pumps many knows, number five is coming up. Well guess what Bob Hayes, that wasn't a threat to you, that was a fact, so that's really all I have to say, other than I wouldn't take my vehicle to somebody as incompetent as Bob Moore Ford, that can't figure out why pumps are going out and instead of continuing trying to work on it they throw you out to the wolves and let you take care of it yourself. I've even contacted the CEO Jim Farley. And I suppose it's okay with the CEOs how dealerships are ran, so got no hope with that one. So I'll continue on with Bob Moore Ford, trust me eventually they will hear me loud and clear. And that's not a threat that's also a fact. Sincerely Angela McMillan

Everyone was very helpful I found the Ford Edge on the

Everyone was very helpful I found the Ford Edge on the internet. Sales Associate Alonso Moreno reached out to me. He let me know the car was still available. My husband and I drove to Bob Moore Ford. Mr Moreno showed us the car and was a great help with the purchase of the Edge and sitting up the the ford pass.
