I went to several dealerships over a more than two month shopping process. Every time I walk into the dealership I'm greeted right away. They offer me something to drink and we got right down to business. I appreciated the fact that I didn't only have to talk to the salesman. I hate it when the salesman goes into a different office talking about the negotiations while I'm stuck in silence. This never happened at Bob Moore Ford. The salesmans boss would come out and took part in the negotiations in person. If anyone is looking for a Ford I would recommend you start here, and hopefully your experience will be as good as mine was. Kevin Erickson was my salesman. I don't normally recommend people by name, but I also believe if a person deserves praise because they earned it then I'll give it.

Gave me all I asked for, and even more! Only wish I could have gotten the Taurus. But, still love the car. And it is my first new car purchase. Thanks for making it easy!

We told Kermit Denton what we want on a truck, color and a price range for payments, Kermit found just what we wanted. He was very nice placent to talk with, not pushing for us to buy . Very nice man plus everyone there was nice and friendly. Will go talk to Kermit when I need questions answered or to buy another car. Go give him a visit if looking for an automobile
