Awesome

Kermit helped us and he was amazing.We went in not even gonna do anything it was the first Jeep we looked at( it was parked at an angle and I had my eye on it. Ended up buying it with little to no haggleing. I would recommend anyone to Bob Moore Ford for an easy buying experience.

Best overall experience buying a car.

Just purchased a new vehicle from Bob Moore and could not be happier with the experience. I live 3 hours from the dealership so we started the whole process with Alexandra from internet sales over the phone and via email. Once the deal was done I drove to the dealership where I was greeted by Brent M. he was friendly and very helpful. They asked me if I needed anything. Brent was with me while I waited for finance. Philip introduced himself and check on me during the time I was there. Jerrel from finance was great made signing all those papers fun. I realized I forgot something in my trade in after I was headed back home called Brent and he offered to meet me to bring it to me don't see that in customer service much anymore. I will buy definitely buy any future vehicles from Bob Moore. They know how treat customers like people.

Kevin Erickson made our experience of purchasing a new automobile the most pleasant we have ever had. He was able to find the right vehicle at the right price in a very reasonable amount of time. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase the vehicle!!! This is usually unheard of in car sales!!! Our thanks go out to Kevin!!!

Ruby Red Ford Facus Hatchback

My husband and I went into the dealership with a pretty specific list of needs and wants for my new car. Kenny took notes of what vehicle would meet my requirements. He found a comparable vehicle and we went for a test drive. We were not ready to purchase that day and he did not pressure us to do so. A week or so later I texted Kenny and he responded immediately. My goal was to do as much as possible over the phone via text, which Kenny understood without me having to remind him along the way. We literally did everything accept the final signing and a couple of quick phone calls via email and text messages. He did a great job in keeping things moving, clarifying anything he wasn't sure about and got me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. This was truly the best purchase of a vehicle I have ever experienced thanks to Kenny. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. He went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted. Paperwork wise, I am hoping all car dealerships will consider upgrading their paper process to a more electronic process. If that happens, this process could take less than an hour!

Good dealership
