Kevin Erickson was a very upbeat and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We really didn't know what we wanted. After talking to us he figured out what we were wanting. Did a excellent job and gave us a great experience. In and out within 2 hours. Very pleased and will definitely use Kevin next time we shop for a vehicle.

New car

I had Justin Bowers as my dealer. He was nice but the one thing I didn't like was they did not allow me to shop on my own. They kept bringing me cars instead of letting me look around. They did work with me hardcore when I picked one of their cars and the process was extremely long but everyone was patient.

2017 f450

This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from the Bob Moore family in the past 12 months. With all the differnt car lots around that says alot. I live almost 3 hours away and they make it worth my trip every time.

Horrible service

Took my Excursion in because it was pulling to the left hard I told the service representative that I think it might be the ball joints (just my opinion )"which I should have never done " then I asked them to look and see what the problem was and let me know I made it 15 min away from the dealership before the "salesman" lol called assuring me it was the balljoints and that they all needed to be replaced so I pay the 1000$ to have them replaced I picked the truck up and it still pulled the same (even though on my ticket it says the mechanic drove my truck to make sure the problem was fixed ) and there is a huge dent in my bumper and a small one even in the body of my truck when I brought it to the service managers attention he said they would look it up on the cameras and let me know if they did it or not ,like I didn't know if my bumper was in good shape before or not lol after I noticed the bumper I checked they're work on my balljoints and found they had left the clip completely off my lower left balljoint so I called the service manager Scott Parrish he tells me know problem they will fix it simply drive my truck back to the dealership lol really ...... so after I inform him that wouldn't be to smart he sends a tow truck to get my truck they put the clip on the balljoint and tell me when the camera footage comes in they will make the bumper right again. They now have had my truck 5 days to replace the bumper I supposed to get it today.... but in the midst off all that I had taken my truck to sears who had regularly done work on my truck and will for now on and the problem was my tie rods and my balljoints had been checked previously by them and I was told they were good I second guessed them and went to the dealership and payed the price lol I will never go to or recommend this business. All in all the only good thing I can say is they have worked with me to get the issues they caused addressed but definitely not in a timely or practical manner.
