Was a fantastic experience through and through Kermit our salesman was maybe the best interaction I've ever had with anyone in car sales. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This dealership is the one you want to shop at and Kermit is the man you want to see.

Mac was great, finance department was great. Cut the the chase and got us what we needed.

This was our first purchase from Bob Moore. Used F-250 we were allowed to test drive for a few hours. Sales rep Anthony Gibson was very helpful, personable and made it a point to follow up with us after the sale. Kudos all around.

I purchased a 2017 Explorer on January 17, 2017 .It came with 16 inch wheels with Hankook tires. The rear tire on the passenger side picked up a screw in the sidewall and was irreparable. This was not classified as a road hazard by Bob Moore Ford even though the definition for road hazard said if the damage was irreparable it was considered road hazard. We were informed that the tires were not covered for any road hazard even though they were brand new and had less than 3,000 miles on them. We were told we had to purchase insurance on the tires if they were to be covered for road hazzard. We were not told about this detail when we purchased the vehicle. We are not happy that we had to pay $256.00 for a new tire when we could have purchased the insurance for $800 for 5 years.

We were struck and our vehicle was deemed a total loss. Thankfully there were no major injuries but we were down to 1 vehicle. I begin looking online and found a great vehicle at Bob Moore's and gave them a call. I spoke with Kevin Erickson and between him and the staff everything was taken care of within 6 hours. They kept me up to date on the process and when i was told "everything is done, when do you want it" it was a great weight off our shoulders. I wish i knew every person involved with our purchase because they deserve major praise. They were understanding, polite and respectfull. They even quoted me a price then lowered it due to the processing fee i was unaware of, great character and customer service. Thank you and God bless.

Our experience with Bob Moore was a good one. Everyone there was extremely friendly. Mr Wes Williams was very polite and did an outstanding job. I will for sure recommend him to others. The Bob Moore Ford group is defiantly a place me and my family will shop again.
